Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by OKiT247 ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
OKiT247 provides enterprise I.T. solutions including but not limited to website design, search engine optimization, cloud technologies, software development, and I.T. support services. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Timely review and approval of project milestones
- Ensuring all content provided does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided
- Payment of all fees as outlined in the service agreement
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of custom design and development work created specifically for their project. OKiT247 retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
OKiT247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Modifications
OKiT247 reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
